Zach has been a zealous advocate for the Constitution, Religious Liberty, and the Rule of Law as Solicitor General of Oklahoma, and as Director of Special Litigation in the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office. He clerked for Judge J. Leon Holmes of the Eastern District of Arkansas, and Judge Bobby Baldock of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
